Dear
Friends, the Wifes are back in town!
The band have been hard at work on their
debut album Gaslight, which is due for
release early in 2007. In the meantime,
they will be performing a short set
of new and old songs on Friday
15th December at clubnight Lippy.
Lippy is at The Royal Vauxhall Tavern,
372 Kennington Lane, London SE11 (opposite
Vauxhall tube and mainline stations).
Doors at 9pm, DJs Lush and Max Sparkle
play retro/new wave/rock’n’roll
– band on stage at midnight. Hosted
by Joan Dairy Queen.

| Scumpop
and Nostalgia will be made available
on all major UK digital download services,
iTunes, Virgin Digital, Napster, HMV
Digital and Woolworths from 17th July.
Both singles will come with their respective
additional tracks, including the band’s
version of Black Silk Stocking, plus
Electrobrits and Endless Night. There
are currently no plans to make Bitch
At The Brits available. |
