 ince 1980, 4AD has been at the forefront of independent music.
Through artists such as The Pixies, Dead Can Dance, Cocteau Twins, Breeders, M/A/A/R/S, Red House Painters, and the new breed of artists TV On The Radio, Celebration, Minotaur Shock, Magnetophone, and the symbiotic artwork of V23 which adorns so many of their releases, 4AD has come to be known as the home of genuine forward thinking independent music.
2005 sees 4AD reach it’s 25th year, and to celebrate it’s immense back catalogue of classic independent music, Virgin Digital presents the 4AD Anniversary microsite. |
